Imagine you are walking on a beach and you see rows of ocean front condo buildings. You stop at one and look at it.

Imaging a person inside each of those windows looking out at the ocean. Then imagine those windows are all different sizes, or some have none at all, replaced by concrete.

This is a good representation of what happens to leaders and C-suite executives over time.  We put ourselves into situations where we start to isolate ourselves from reality and the world because of the pressures of our jobs and the expectations put upon us.

The process is so slow, you might not even notice it's happening.  It happened to me.   My windows got smaller and smaller until they didn't exist.   It all came crashing together in 2021. Burnout. Marriage. A suicide of a dear friend and the death of my mentor.    I realized my entire existence was one giant hamster wheel and it took a series of things to break it open.

I took 6 months off the grid, learning myself down to the studs, to understand the negative core believes, and things that led me to have all my windows on life closed.  I came back refreshed, a different person and continue to work on myself to this day.  

During this time, I found MY purpose which is to help others not become like me and leave a legacy they can be proud of.   We all deserve that.  But getting there takes work and you may be sabotaging yourself and you don't even know it.

My company exists to help you see yourself fully again, to lead with impact, to motivate and the the people who work for you to love and respect you, and for you to be your true authentic self.  If I am able to help you, imagine how many people in your life are positively impacted.  Imagine how you can help others.
